Harnett Cares will bring people, ideas, and systems together into a shared platform that supports collaboration, creativity, and connection. By building this relational and informational infrastructure, the project will make it easier for everyone — residents, businesses, and organizations — to find what they need, contribute where they can, and connect in ways that matter
